Accuracy of User Information
The user guarantees that all information added to their Qaff Plus account is completely accurate and bears full responsibility for any incorrect information provided.
Creating Multiple Accounts
Users are not allowed to create more than one account on Qaff Plus. If they encounter an issue with their primary account, they must contact the support team to resolve it.
Account Sharing
The registered user must be the sole individual using the account and is responsible for all activities conducted through it. Currently, multiple people are not allowed to share a single account.
Document Verification Before Registration
Qaff Plus may require personal documents, such as an ID or passport, to verify the user’s identity before granting full access to the platform.
Account Suspension and Document Requests
As a commercial platform, Qaff Plus reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of violations or suspicious activities. The platform may request identity verification documents before reactivating the account, as well as proof of ownership for PayPal accounts or credit cards.
Violating Terms & Account Bans
Qaff Plus reserves the right to permanently ban accounts that violate the platform's terms or cause harm to the platform or its users, without prior notice or warning.
Username and Profile Information
- The username must be meaningful and not consist of random symbols or numbers.
- It is forbidden to use names that incite hatred or violence or contain trademarks.
- Currently, company names are not allowed as usernames.
- Users must enter their real name in their profile, and this name cannot be changed.
- Profile Picture: Users must upload their real photo and cannot use someone else’s image or promotional pictures.
- Profile Bio: The bio should provide a brief overview of the user’s skills and expertise. External contact details or promotional content for other projects are strictly prohibited.
Qaff Plus Actions
By registering on the platform, the user agrees to all actions that the support team or platform administrators may take for the benefit of the platform and its users.
On-Platform Communication Only
- External contact information must not be shared in any part of the user profile or related content.
- The support team reserves the right to remove any external contact details without notifying the user.
Refund Policy for Deposited Funds
Refunds can be requested by submitting a support ticket, subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds depend on the payment method’s policies (e.g., PayPal, credit cards).
- If the payment method does not allow refunds, Qaff Plus cannot process the request.
- Refunds are generally possible within a maximum of 3 days from the deposit date and not consuming more than 10% from contant.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used.

Content Management
Qaff Plus reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove or hide any user content that violates platform rules or may cause harm to the platform or its users, without prior notice.
Account Suspension Reasons
An account may be suspended under the following conditions:
- Using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.
- Sharing an account among multiple users, whether as a team or a company—only one person is allowed per account.
- Causing harm to another user or Qaff Plus.
- Persistently attempting to communicate outside the platform without necessity.
- Impersonating another individual.
- Uploading a profile picture that does not belong to the account owner, including public figure images.
- Creating multiple accounts for any reason.
